ABOUT ME

Movement has always been at the center of my life, and I help people move and feel better through assisted stretching and mindful mobility.

My background spans dance training and performance, strength training, running, and tennis, all of which have shaped how I understand mobility, recovery, and everyday movement.

I’m a certified assisted stretching practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, combining formal training with real, lived experience in every session.

MY APPROACH

I combine assisted stretching, mindful movement, and principles from yoga to support both physical release and nervous system calm. Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day - not a fixed routine.

Rather than pushing flexibility, the focus is on awareness, balance, and restoring natural movement patterns. I pay attention to where the body holds tension, how it compensates, and what it needs to return to a more comfortable state.

The intention is simple: help you feel more grounded in your body, more balanced in your movement, and more at ease in how you move through daily life and training.

ABOUT 1:1 STRETCH

1:1 assisted stretch sessions are designed to help you move with more ease, release built-up tension, and improve overall mobility through assisted stretching and mindful movement.

Each session is tailored to your body on the day. I look at how you move, where you’re holding tension, and what areas need support or rebalancing.

Rather than forcing range of motion, the focus is on working with your body - creating space, improving awareness, and supporting more natural, efficient movement patterns.

The goal is to help you feel looser, more mobile, and more comfortable in everyday movement and training.

Sessions take place in Toronto, Ontario.

1:1 Assisted Stretch

1:1 assisted stretching sessions focused on improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension, and increasing overall mobility. Through guided, hands-on support, your body is taken through safe, effective stretches tailored to your needs and comfort level.

These sessions support relief from stiffness, improved recovery, better posture, and more ease in everyday movement.

Yoga & Movement

Online yoga focused on mobility, strength, and breath-led movement.
Private sessions available. In-person classes coming soon.
